Founder/Psychotherapist
(he/him)
I founded Endeavor Integrative Therapy with the belief that mental health care should feel accessible, collaborative, affirming, and deeply individualized. Too often, people seeking support encounter systems that feel impersonal, overwhelming, or difficult to navigate. I wanted to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process — a space where people can show up fully as themselves without fear of judgment.
I understand that beginning therapy can feel vulnerable or unfamiliar at times. Because of this, I strive to create an environment that feels welcoming, grounded, and emotionally safe. I believe meaningful therapeutic work begins with trust, authenticity, and a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences openly and honestly.
At the core of my approach is the understanding that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Every person brings their own lived experiences, identities, strengths, relationships, and challenges into therapy, and I believe care should reflect that individuality. I value creating an inclusive and affirming space for individuals from diverse backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals and relationships. My role is not to tell you who you should be, but to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as we build insight, strengthen coping skills, process difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful and sustainable growth.
My work is grounded in cognitive and integrative approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. Together, therapy may involve exploring patterns, understanding the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and lived experiences, and creating opportunities for greater self-awareness, resilience, healing, and personal growth.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time outdoors, being with my two dogs, trying new foods, playing video and board games, reading, and continuing to learn new things. My curiosity and appreciation for lifelong learning continue to shape both who I am personally and how I connect with clients professionally.
Therapy takes courage, and I deeply respect the vulnerability that comes with seeking support. Wherever you may be in your journey, my hope is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you move toward lasting and meaningful change.
