I support adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, self-esteem and identity issues, and difficulties related to emotional wellbeing, intimacy, and personal growth. My practice is inclusive and affirming of LGBTQ+ individuals and grounded in a collaborative approach that honors your unique experiences, values, and goals for the future.

I believe meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and non-judgmental understanding. Through thoughtful listening, validation, and evidence-based interventions, I help clients explore patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and intentional living. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and existential modalities to meet each client where they are.

Individual therapy sessions are $175. Reduced-rate sliding scale appointments may be available in limited capacity based on financial need and availability.

I am currently completing the insurance credentialing process and am not yet in-network with insurance providers. I hope to begin accepting select plans soon and welcome you to contact me with any questions about fees, reimbursement, or future insurance availability.

In-person services are expected to be offered beginning August 2026, located in Woodbury, Minnesota. Secure telehealth appointments are currently available for clients who prefer to meet virtually. If you are interested in joining a wait list for in-person appointments, please reach out.

At this time, therapy services are available only to clients located in Minnesota, as I am currently licensed in the state of Minnesota. I am also in the process of pursuing licensure in Wisconsin.
